Photographs and/or film or video footage may be taken of you during your visit to the Bluegrass Fair, which may include you or your family member's recognizable image(s) in photograph(s) or on video. By attending the Bluegrass Fair, you or your family members, grant permission for your likeness to be photographed or videoed or filmed while on the grounds of the Bluegrass Fair.

You also authorize the Bluegrass Fair to use any photographs and film/video in print, digital, video or web-based format for promotional purposes and to keep in its archives in perpetuity.
